About Us

Heritage Architecture (formerly known as Heritage Property Services but recently changed as part of a re-branding process to more closely reflect the services we offer) are an architectural design practice formed in 2001 with one sole aim - to deliver quality construction projects for discerning clients.

We work with other construction industry professionals and quality local builders to deliver projects to the highest standards.

The architectural styles of the recent past such as Victorian, Edwardian, Georgian and "Arts & Crafts" have proudly stood the test of time and indeed are still very much in demand. This is not to say that we should remain entrenched in the past - far from it! - but we can learn a lot from our predecessors! Buildings of these era's were designed by professionals and built by tradesmen with a true passion for their craft.

The level of detail and quality lavished upon houses and other buildings of this period is sadly rarely equalled yet alone surpassed in modern times!

Whilst the world is inexorably moving toward mass production techniques and standardisation of product and service as almost a "one size fits all", we believe that there is a need for an alternative approach.

By utilising a skilful blend of traditional and modern products and techniques we create beautiful stylish homes based around these traditional styles, but with a modern twist and all the technological advances that the 21st century offers.

As we often say to our clients "almost anyone can build a house or an extension!" What sets companies like Heritage apart from others is our dedication to the finer details that can turn just another house into a truly spectacular home.

The name Heritage was not chosen by accident, we would like to think that we are creating buildings that will form part of our heritage for future generations.

Green Policy

At Heritage we are committed to keeping our impact on the environment to a minimum:

• We communicate with clients, suppliers and local authorities where possible via electronic means including the electronic submission of applications via the Government's Planning Portal. This saves postage/printing costs which is kind to the environment and at the same time provides cost savings to our clients.

• Our offices are solely heated/cooled by an air-source Heat-Pump/Inverter which significantly reduces our reliance on fossil fuels compared with traditional forms of heating or air conditioning.

• IT equipment is carefully selected to ensure computers, printers & plotters feature low energy/sleep mode facilities to reduce energy consumption when not in constant use.

• We use re-cycled paper and refillable ink cartridges in all our printers/plotters.

• Office waste is recycled where possible.
