A complete makeover including the extension/remodelling of a modest older detached property into a stunning modern residence of some 330m2 with spacious open plan living set over 3 floors in a traditional Surrey style. The original house was of a modest size and also in need of complete refurbishment. Set on a double plot on the edge of Horsell Common the house formerly home to the Bedser twin’s of local cricketing fame was an ideal candidate for extension to create a dream home.
