Refurbishment and extension of a large character Arts & Crafts house originally constucted in 1936. Works to include complete internal refurbishment to the original specification as well as sympathetic two storey extensions and loft conversion and a new detached garage/home gym adding some 225m2 of habitable accommodation.
120m2 two
storey extension & loft conversion to a substantial Arts & Crafts residence to provide an extended kitchen/family room as well as an additional two bedrooms, bathrooms and media/play room.
A charming Grade II listed residence originating from the 17th Century with later additions including a Georgian facade and portico. This project comprised the addition of a 40m2 single storey extension to replace an existing timber conservatory which was relocated elsewhere on the property together with associated internal remodelling.

50m2 second storey extension to a prestigious Locally-Listed Arts & Crafts dwelling to replace a flat roofed link extension to the original garage. Additional bedroom and bathroom accommodation created.
Planning Permission granted in October 2009, awaiting construction.
150m2 two storey extension and internal remodelling to a large
neo-Georgian dwelling in a prestigious location and comprising large kitchen/family room and master suite above.
170m2 two storey side extension in a sympathetic style to a notable WG Tarrant built house on a private estate in Woking. The extension is to provide a triple garage with playroom over and orangery to the rear.
Planning Permission granted October 2009. under construction.
