Complete remodelling and extension of a 1970’s house into a modern contemporary style.
The tired and dated exterior (and interior) of this house was completely transformed into a crisp modern finish which complements the updated interior.
Convoluted internal spaces were opened up to flow in a more logical fashion as well as the creation of a large open plan kitchen/family/dining space which leads out onto a fantastic outside amenity space with large patio, water feature and landscaped garden.
