Basement conversion and extension to a Georgian house in Guildford, Surrey.
This lovely Georgian house already had a basement which was dark, damp and unusable.
By updating and refurbishing the basement with a new waterproofing/dry-lining system and adding french doors and lighwells the whole space has been transformed into a lovely light and usable family space.
