Complete remodelling , extension and refurbishment of a 1960’s house in the Arts & Crafts style in West Byfleet, Surrey.
The project comprised extensions of approx 200m2 as well as a loft conversion to create a total of some 360m2 of well balanced family accommodation over three floors.
The completed house now has a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an adjoining multi-purpose annexe space and a large open plan kitchen/family/dining space ajoining the patio and rear garden.
