Single storey orangery style extension + side extension to 1960’s Arts & Crafts house in Woking, Surrey.
The orangery is in a contemporary style with plenty of natural daylight via the roof lantern and bi-fold doors to enable the owners to make the most of the garden/patio and good weather.
The side extension adds a useful utility room with the added benefit of an en-suite bathroom in the roof-space over.
Finally an oak porch has been added to create a welcoming focal point for visitors as well as keeping people dry as they enter or leave the house.
